Just today I had the pleasure of getting a magnificent car from this dealership. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the lovely salesperson Michelle (shelly) and on the finance/support side the amazing Reece. My experience was hands down, the best I've had at a dealership. Reece was impeccable with his knowledge, helpfulness, and a wizz with numbers making everything smooth and easy to understand, even for me! Michelle was so warm, inviting and helpful, and by no mean pushy or pressuring me into anything I didn't want, like some other salespeople. I came from 3hrs away and the support leading up to it was incredible, the entire experience was stress free and smooth, with no complications and great communication. When I got to the dealership I took the car for a test drive, signed the relevant paperwork and drove away in my amazing car about an hour later, no fuss. In fact the hardest part was choosing a cool pose for the photos (which I loved). I would highly recommend this dealership and its people to anyone, whether you're coming from a mile away of 500 miles you will not be disappointed. I got a little carried away talking about my incredible experience that I forgot to mention the price was also very reasonable and below market value according to car sales. Thanks again, Michelle, and Reece. I can now see you look after your customers as well as you look after your cars. p.s. their after sales care is also unfaltering, they even checked in to make sure, I adore the car, and got home safe. 😁
